Compensation on termination of agency – further possible claims
The principal head of compensation available to a commercial agent (unless he has agreed to accept an "indemnity") will be "goodwill compensation", assessed in accordance with the ruling of the House of Lords in Lonsdale v Howard & Hallam Ltd.
