


Under the Commercial Agency Regulations
Where the Commercial Agency Regulations apply, a commercial agent who is "wholly or partly paid by commission" has prescribed rights against his principal (P) in respect of commission, which means:
"...any part of the commercial agent's remuneration which varies with the number or value of business transactions".
The Regulations entitle an agent to commission on commercial transactions concluded during the agency contract and, in certain circumstances, after its termination. See:
