Any information which you send to us via this web site will be held in strict confidence.  If you register for e-mail news updates, we will add the relevant information to our mailing database and use it from time to time to send you e-mails notifying you of news posts on the site and/or of updates to the site contents.

We will use our mailing database for the purposes of the APP Wine Law website only.

Should you choose to participate in any survey or poll we conduct via the site, we will not, without your consent, make any use of any information you provide that might enable you to be identified.

Any information we hold about you as a registered user of this site can be viewed at any time by clicking “Your details”.  In addition, we will be happy to confirm what information we hold about you as a registered user on request.

We will not disclose, rent, sell or otherwise transfer any of the information we hold about you to any other person, unless APP Wine Law (a) merges with another company or entity, or (b) is transferred to new ownership, in which case we may share and/or transfer the information as we consider appropriate, but the above conditions will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed with you.

By sending us information about yourself and your business in order to become a registered user of this site, or in order to contact us or to ask us a question, you consent to our use of such information as set out in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
